The Yellow Seagull

 

'Walks While Talking.' a 15-year-old from the Great Plains, is charged with leading a group of three couples with infant sons across the vast North American continent to 'where the trees meet the sky.'

 

The original group will pick up other couples as they travel. Their mission--to prepare for 'Máfur of the Yellow Giants from Across the Sea' and his young bride, 'Blue Star from the Far North,' and defend them against their enemies who are closely tracking them. The prophecy says: "one of the infant sons will join with the daughter of this couple to add the blood of the ancestors to their line." 

 

This book follows them on their adventure as they trek into this new land and face natural risks and enemies.
